Victor and Truman, the two partners have been working in the accounting industry for more than  15 years, both of them are the members of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants  (CICPA) and the candidates of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).  The purpose they set up Victor & Truman, CPAs is to help more Small and Medium-sized  Multinational companies to set up, grow and succeed in China. Their clients are mainly Wholly  Foreign-owned Enterprises (WFOEs) who are across 25 countries and areas. The clients they have  served are more than three hundreds. Both partners emphasize to maintain the client focus and  have sight of the importance of being a friend and advisor, while upholding the ethics of the  accounting profession.
